Booking

A booking is confirmed once we have written to you and the deposit has been received. Rates are per night for two guests and include VAT. The climate resilience duty set by Greek law is collected on arrival.

Arrival and departure

Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out by 11:00. Tell us your ferry or flight and we will meet you. Earlier arrival or later departure is often possible — ask, and we will say honestly.

Cancellation

Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival, with the deposit returned in full. Inside 14 days the deposit is retained. If a cancelled period is re-booked we will always try to refund you anyway.

The suite

Etereo sleeps two adults. Visitors may not stay overnight. Smoking is outdoors only. The outdoor hot tub is unsupervised and used at your own risk; please do not use them under the influence of alcohol.

Damage

We ask you to tell us about anything broken. Nothing has ever been a problem, and we would like to keep it that way.

Force majeure

If ferries are cancelled or travel is prevented by circumstances outside anyone's control, write to us. We will move your dates rather than keep your money.

Law

These terms are governed by Greek law.
